FROM 394, take the Washington Avenue downtown exit. Turn right on Washington Avenue South, then left on 3rd Avenue South. Turn right onto 2nd St and take an immediate left into the surface parking lot.
HEADING SOUTH ON 35W, take the Washington Avenue exit. Turn right on Washington Avenue South, then right on 3rd Avenue South. Turn right onto 2nd St and take an immediate left into the surface parking lot.
HEADING NORTH ON 35W, take the MN-65/5th Avenue exit. Immediately after 2nd Street South, take first left into Mill Place surface parking lot.
