Three Rivers Park District

Three Rivers Park District

Industry: Parks & Rec

Client: Since 2016

Location: Plymouth, Minnesota

Regional Parks & Trails: 30

Annual Visitors: 7 million

To achieve their goal of increasing park visits, Three Rivers asked for an overhaul of their online presence. Challenge accepted.

After a complete audit of the Three Rivers website revealed a sprawling site map and confusing user experience, we chose to meet people where they were searching—for a park, an activity, or a rental—and built a website of dynamic landing pages that served up the most relevant and useful content for each visitor.

Instead of getting lost, site visitors now quickly found critical information suited to their interests, robust mapping so they knew how to find their destination, and an overall better brand experience.

The Work

The Results

  • Acquisitions, mergers and shifts in leadership can challenge agency-client relationships. Helping Delta Air Lines navigate sky-high transitions over the last 20 years has revealed a world of commitment.

  • Alerus was being outspent by competitors in a time of critical growth. requiring a bold, laser-focused response.

  • A new craft brewer had big plans. All that was needed was a brand, packaging and customers. Lots of customers. (Gulp.)
