  • Delta is keenly aware that the experience of the Delta flyer has a lot to do with the great attitudes and practices of its in-flight services team. They have difficult jobs, so communicating their worth is essential

  • Flight attendants and other in-flight-services people want more than just a pat on the back. They want real recognition for their real accomplishments. Our job then becomes amplifying the pride they show on every flight.

  • We used every internal touch point possible to engage employees and remind them of the unique Delta culture and their importance in it. We celebrated real employees with real stories of flying proud. The people and stories appeared in the base lounges and all their digital interfaces with Delta. Ultimately “Fly Proud” became a rallying cry for the entire in-flight services team.
